The G1M3438P70C is a fully integrated Doherty power amplifier module that offers 400 MHz RF wideband performance with a 50 Ω input and output interface. This module is ideal for supporting high-performance Massive MIMO systems thanks to its integrated gate switches, bias control with independent DACs (Digital-to-Analog Converters), memory, and temperature sensors. Its compact 12 x 8 mm LGA package features autonomous gate voltage regulation over temperature, making it a versatile option for delivering consistent performance in fluctuating thermal environments.
