As wireless networks grow, macro base stations need efficient, compact solutions. Our new RF power drivers and amplifiers deliver high power, multiband support, and cost-effective designs to enhance 5G infrastructure performance and energy efficiency. Optimized for sub-1 GHz frequencies, these solutions improve coverage, reduce deployment costs, and support reliable connections for increasing wireless demand. Designed for next-generation macro cells, they set new standards for efficiency and compactness in 5G networks.
The B10H0710N40D and B10H0608N40D are multiband, highly efficient drivers specifically designed for macro base stations operating in sub-1 GHz frequencies. The B10H0710N40D supports frequencies between 716 and 960 MHz, while the B10H0608N40D is optimized for a broader range, from 600 to 800 MHz. Both drivers are ideal for 40, 60, and 80-watt macro base stations, providing a high level of efficiency across different frequency bands.
These drivers are housed in a compact 12 x 8 mm footprint and feature a single-BOM reconfigurable layout, eliminating the need for an interstage isolator. This design not only simplifies integration but also reduces overall costs, making them an ideal choice for cost-conscious macro cell deployments.
