Reporting to the Head of Sales and Marketing of the Global Channel Organization, you are responsible for driving the design-win efforts, managing commercial and other customer topics and developing customer relationship at all levels.
You will work with Marketing, Application, Program Management, Product Development and Customer Service to support our channel accounts. These accounts address applications in Navigation and Safety Radio, Broadcast, Industrial, Scientific, Medical in EMEA and India.
Your challenge:
- Manage a large customer base in the region through Ampleon’s distribution partners to achieve business objectives
- Create demand for RF projects and drive design-wins at your customer account
- Engage with the customer’s design teams and other related organizations at all levels
- Coordinate a consistent and aligned approach to ensure a successful interaction between customer and Sales and Marketing
- Enhance and drive Ampleon’s strategy on customer level to maximize design-wins that result in sustaining and growing market share
- By using internal resources, jointly analyze current and future market development, establish promotion strategy and align roadmap
- Support marketing team on market intelligence and competitive landscape
- Share best practices in your organization / with other account teams to ensure continuous development

We are looking for someone who has the following background and capabilities:
- Experienced and seasoned sales professional in Europe with a successful track record in managing sales through distribution channel partners
- Experienced in managing customers in multiple territories and different industries in Europe, Israel and India
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in semiconductors / component industries, preferably selling RF power amplifiers in Europe
- International background, cultural-savvy and know-how to conduct business effectively in Europe
- At least a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in electronics or technology-related
- Solid understanding of RF power amplifiers
- Excellent communication skills, strong presentation and writing skills in English. Speaking other European languages is a plus
- Highly driven, result-oriented professional with an open and collaborative style and approach
- Strong leadership, ability to influence, negotiate, convince, and engage people inside and outside of the company
- Readiness to travel regularly to meet with customers face-to-face and attend trade shows
- Engaged and motivated to set and achieve challenging goals, demonstrating persistence and overcoming obstacles
- Ability to work independently with a high sense of responsibility
- Proven ability to translate the company business strategy into pragmatic sales plans and results
